This basic laboratory draw-down sampling board uses standard ½" coating bars, measures 12" x 18" overall and comprises polished plate glass base with adjustable feet (for levelling), rubber backing sheet and substrate clamp.

The ACCU-LAB manual draw-down machine is a precision instrument designed to eliminate the human differences that result in inconsistent samples. The machine controls the load on the draw-down rod with a simple, weighted assembly of ball bearing slides, and holds it securely during the draw-down stroke. Sample sizes 30cm x 33cm (12" x 13").

Auto-Draw 3®

The AUTO-DRAW 3 is a cost-effective machine that has been designed with simplicity in mind. It uses the Accu-Lab mechanism and has a single switch to control forward and reverse travel. It can produce samples up to 8½" x 13".

Bar Storage

This attractive but functional storage device is manufactured using Corian® and stainless steel, making it sturdy in use and easy to keep clean. Our standard model (pictured) holds twelve Accu-Lab® or Auto-Draw® coating bars but the height, capacity and colour* can be varied to meet individual requirements.
